RAID: Shadow Legends, Mech Arena, and our other 18 massive titles unite more than 500 million players worldwide. With over 15 years’ experience, we strive for boundary-pushing gameplay and graphics. We pair this with our dedication to innovation through analytics, marketing, and community interaction.


We are working on an unannounced, multi-platform third-person shooter in a realistic setting with innovative gameplay. The project is large-scale and ambitious both from a graphics and game design point of view, and from the technical perspective. The game is in active production, with over 100 specialists working on it.


We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will monitor and maintain the game development process as well as interact with the Development, QA, and Technical Art teams.


Responsibilities

  • Initiating, planning, and monitoring the release pipeline
  • Establishing processes between teams both within and outside the department
  • Creating documentation in Confluence and detailed tasks in Jira


What we expect

  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager
  • 1+ year of professional experience in Game Development with Art and Development teams
  • Knowledge of project development approaches for teams of 20+ professionals
  • Documentation creation skills
  • Experience creating roadmaps, conducting effective negotiations, and resolving conflicts
  • Experience with Jira or other task management tools
  • Fluency in Ukrainian
  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher

  • Experience playing shooters
