Full Stack Project Lead

We specialize in digital strategy, application development, and engineering, utilizing MEAN, MERN, and LAMP stacks, with PHP Laravel as our primary proficiency. As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic and experienced Technology Project Manager to lead our projects, drive technology decisions, and contribute to the growth of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, system administrators, and other technical stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) or Waterfall stage gates as per project requirements.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve project-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security standards, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment processes.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for audit and knowledge sharing.

Required Skill Sets:

Education and Experience:

• MCA/B.Tech or equivalent
• 10+ years of overall hands-on coding experience
• Min 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in custom application/product development from scratch.

Technical Proficiency:

• Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional IT projects.
• Expertise in MEAN, MERN, and LAMP stacks.
• Proficiency in PHP Laravel.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-facing communication experience.

Agile and Project Management:

• Experience with JIRA and Agile Development Methodologies (SCRUM), Waterfall
• Proven ability to manage and lead project teams.

Account Management:

• Demonstrated ability to grow business within client accounts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.

Presentation and Data Skills:

• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Strong data analysis skills for decision-making.

Documentation:

• Meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation.
