The Role
As an Operations Analyst at Crown, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of all onboarded clients activity. You will be in charge of tour transaction lifecycle, from minting and redemption of stablecoins to managing client support responding to operational inquiries.
This role demands meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict security protocols, and a process-driven mindset to ensure the integrity of our operations. You will work at the intersection of technology, finance, and compliance, collaborating closely with all teams to maintain a best-in-class operational framework.

The Role
As an Operations Analyst at Crown, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of all onboarded clients activity. You will be in charge of tour transaction lifecycle, from minting and redemption of stablecoins to managing client support responding to operational inquiries.
This role demands meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict security protocols, and a process-driven mindset to ensure the integrity of our operations. You will work at the intersection of technology, finance, and compliance, collaborating closely with all teams to maintain a best-in-class operational framework.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Transaction Governance and Execution: Manage and monitor all client virtual asset transactions using our institutional custody platform. You will be responsible for applying our Transaction Policy Engine rules, which include requiring multi-party approval for high-value withdrawals and blocking transfers to non-whitelisted addresses .
- Fiat and Crypto Operations: Oversee the daily flow of mint and redeem orders. This includes processing BRL deposits and withdrawals while ensuring strict adherence to our rules, as well as executing the corresponding on-chain token movements.
- Daily Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of the on-chain token supply against the funds held in our segregated reserve accounts to ensure our stablecoins remain fully backed 1:1 at all times.
- Client Operations Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients regarding all post-onboarding operational matters, including transaction status inquiries, settlement confirmations, and troubleshooting deposit or withdrawal issues.
- Alert Management: Act as the first responder for operational alerts, such as failed transactions or transactions blocked by our policy engine. You will be responsible for investigating the root cause, resolving the issue, and communicating with the client as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or control gaps in our daily workflows and collaborate with the technology and compliance teams to design and implement improvements.
- You have 3+ years of experience in a financial operations, treasury operations, payments, or "back office" role, preferably at a VASP, fintech, or regulated financial institution.
- You are exceptionally detail-oriented and process-driven. In this role, precision is paramount, and you must be comfortable following complex procedures without deviation.
- You have a foundational understanding of blockchain technology, including concepts like wallets, addresses, and transaction lifecycles.
- You are fluent in both Portuguese and English and able to communicate clearly and professionally with sophisticated institutional clients about technical operational matters.
- You are an resilient and emotionally intelligent professional, able to keep perfect task execution even under pressure, especially when handling high-value transactions.
- You thrive in ownership-driven environments. You're highly accountable for your work and don't require others following up on it.
- You are naturally collaborative and can work effectively with Compliance (escalating suspicious activity), Treasury (managing liquidity), and Technology (reporting system issues) teams.
