Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications for the Middle East market
- Select and implement the most suitable tech stack and programming language for the project
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Ensure the platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and culturally relevant
- Break down the project into clear, actionable steps and deliver on agreed timelines
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing creative solutions
- Maintain clear communication and provide regular progress updates
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of web applications
- Deep understanding of both frontend and backend development
- Ability to work independently and make informed technical decisions
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and user preferences; Iranian background or regional experience is highly valued
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, reliable work ethic
- Experience with agile development and iterative project delivery
- Ability to suggest and implement creative, user-centric solutions
