• Design, build and optimise backend services using Node.js, TypeScript and modern JavaScript patterns.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices and distributed systems with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
• Work across Linux environments, troubleshooting issues across networking, services and runtime layers.
• Contribute to architectural planning, technical decision making and solution design.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, resolve production incidents and lead root cause analysis.
• Implement testing, CI/CD practices, containerisation and modern DevOps workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to uplift coding standards, documentation and engineering maturity.
  
  

• Experienced Senior Full Stack or Backend Engineer with deep Node.js and TypeScript capability.
• Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals, networking, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Confident building APIs, microservices and distributed architectures at production scale.
• Skilled in testing, automation, CI/CD, containerisation and cloud ready engineering practices.
• Able to navigate complex incidents, trace issues across multiple layers and deliver stable, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborative communicator who enjoys pairing with other engineers and contributing to technical leadership.
• Passionate about solving complex problems and writing clean, well structured code.
