(Junior) Business Analyst – Financial Services
Our client in the financial industry is looking for a curious and structured (Junior) Business Analyst to support several IT Projects.
What you will do
- Gather and structure business requirements for cross-department applications
- Analyse processes, identify gaps and help design future workflows and operating models
- Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations
- Support application owners with coordination tasks, workshops and planning
- Drive testing activities (incl. UAT) and monitor issues until resolution
- Keep documentation up to date, support user training and help drive adoption
What you bring
- Degree in Business, IT or a related field
- Around 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in financial services or consulting
- Basic familiarity with tools like SharePoint is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
- Solid MS Office skills; experience with PM or documentation tools beneficial
