We’re hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) for a 3-month fixed-term role (with extension potential) to join our Research & Innovation team in Sydney. You’ll support early-stage experiments that push the boundaries of decision intelligence - turning backend logic into bold, user-friendly experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Support UX/UI design across Decidr’s experimental features
- Turn early concepts into clear interfaces and workflows using Figma
- Contribute to our design system and visual consistency
- Work closely with the Founder, engineers and product managers
- Help make the complex feel intuitive
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI, or a strong portfolio of practical work
- Exceptional Figma skills, including design systems and prototyping.
- An strong eye for UI design, detail and consistency
- A structured approach to workflows
- Bonus: Experience designing around data-heavy or technical concepts
