Your new role

• Gather and document reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate on data modelling using dimensional modelling techniques.
• Document processes, data sources, and business logic for transparency.
• Deliver user training and support to promote effective use of BI tools.

What you'll need to succeed

• Higher Education Experience: Demonstrated experience working within a university or similar environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query) and strong SQL skills.
• Data Modelling Knowledge: Familiarity with dimensional modelling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Requirements Management: Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Communication & Training: Skilled in delivering user training and creating clear documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
