We are looking for a Software Engineer Tech Lead (Only Argentina) with 2+ years of experience coordinating Development teams with a hands-on approach and 9+ years working in Software Engineering positions. Having a degree in Computer Science or equivalent is a must.

As our Software Engineer Tech Lead you will be a Programming Analyst with a focus on leadership tasks, design of distributed architectures, continuous process improvement, and design of our applications and development processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Create, operate and maintain the services that make up our platform.

- Lead development teams in the implementation of design and architecture definitions on the digital platform.

- Define the design and architecture of the different services required by our business areas with needs in multiple countries in the region.

- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of technology development and collaboration processes with the different areas of the company.

- Guarantee the requirements of scalability, observability and fault tolerance in an ecosystem of distributed applications.

- Guarantee good practices in deployment solutions, monitoring, security and other aspects of the life cycle of a productive application with impact on the mass public (B2C) and integrations with other businesses (B2B).

- Participate in solving technical problems where passion for development, good practices and quality software are valued.

- Collaborate with the conception of a product, learning to prioritize business needs and propose technical solutions.

Minimum (essential) Requirements:

- 9+ years of proven experience with the design and development of Web applications with RESTful APIs

- 2+ years of proven experience with technical leadership of development teams with a hands-on approach.

- University studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems or equivalent.

- Solid knowledge of algorithms, concurrent programming, distributed systems and data structures.

- Experience in building and operating e2e services with microservices using CI/CD methodologies.

- Focus on guaranteeing excellence and effectiveness in the execution of software practices.

- Experience executing projects with mixed technology backends and frontends with SPA or PWA designs.

- Solid knowledge of Cloud platform services in IaaS and PaaS variants with AWS, GCP, OpenShift, among others.

- Experience in service integration, communication protocols, security, Relational and Non-Relational databases.

- Proactive attitude towards daily tasks. Interest in learning new technologies and mentoring the development team.
