Qual será a sua missão

Shopee is a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Brazil. We’re a dedicated and passionate team managing a portfolio of Order & Platform products, which is one of the core of e-commerce business. Our team drives and improves the end-to-end order lifecycle from buyer purchase experience, seller fulfillment process, till seller income settlement. Our goal is to define and tailor the best possible product experience for our local buyer and sellers in the Latam markets. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our products to empower more people and businesses through technology, especially the underserved.

Job Description

  • Identify and initiate opportunities for product improvement, through data-driven insights, user research, and a deep understanding of our business goals.
  • Lead product roadmap for one or more order products, effectively prioritize business and product opportunities, and ensure alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Devise minimum viable product and quickly iterate to test hypothesis, conceptualize and deliver best possible product to the market.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Advocate for quality engineering solutions and architectural designs, and strike a healthy balance between system scalability and complexity from localization.
  • Own the product outcome and care about our end-users experience, passionate in driving further iterations based on feature performance and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese to collaborate with counterparts across various regions;
  • Experience in product management, preferably with prior experience in e-commerce, supply chain or financial industry, with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle from design till delivery;
  • Thrives in dynamic environments, able to prioritize and make tradeoffs by understanding short-term and long-term business goals;
  • Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving;
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in both writing and speaking/presentation;
  • Open to flexible working arrangements during peak campaign season/based on business needs.
