Your Tasks
We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 58,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.

Software Tools Developer – Java & Python (m/f/d)

Join our team as a Software Tools Developer and play a key role in designing and developing innovative applications that power advanced routing, scheduling, and network analysis. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with talented teams, and make a real impact in shaping the future of smart systems.
Your Tasks
- Design and develop Java-based and Python-based software solutions
- Implement state-of-the-art algorithms for routing, scheduling, and network analysis
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with all involved stakeholders
- Share your knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the team
- Technical degree with focus on software engineering (e.g. Computer Science) or algorithmics
- At least 3 years of experience with Java development, algorithm development and graph manipulation
- Familiarity with real-time systems and networking
- High technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
- Committed and reliable team player with strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent command of English
