We’re looking for a hands-on Genetec Engineer to help design, deploy, and support advanced security solutions. If you love technology, solving complex problems, and working with leading security platforms, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain Genetec Security Center (access control, video, ANPR, intercom).
• Translate customer needs into smart technical designs.
• Commission systems on-site and ensure seamless integrations (IP cameras, controllers, alarms, servers).
• Run functional tests, validate configurations, and support go-lives.
• Provide level 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot complex incidents.
• Deliver preventive/corrective maintenance and clear technical documentation.
• Train users, support internal teams, and contribute to strong customer satisfaction.
• Join a 24/7 on-call rotation and stay up to date with the latest security technologies.

What You Bring

• Solid knowledge of electronic security systems and IP networking (VLANs, routing, PoE).
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, SQL, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong troubleshooting and integration skills with Genetec platforms.
• Comfort with technical diagrams, procedures, and English documentation.
• Organized, analytical, customer-focused, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a category B driving license.

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms like Milestone or Axis.
• Certifications (Genetec, Cisco, etc.).
• Knowledge of alarms, fire detection, or access control.
• Experience mentoring junior technicians.
• Interest in emerging tech: AI, video analytics, cybersecurity.
