• Sourcing intelligence: Identify and qualify new partners, materials, and solutions.
• Project acceleration: Support our weekly ‘Focus ROCKS’ projects: prepare insights, ensure progress, and flag key issues.
• Operational precision: Manage critical workflows, data accuracy, and supplier quality standards.
• Strategic research: Dive into analysis that drives smarter, faster decisions across the company.

• Up to 2 years’ experience, including internships in research, analysis, or operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business (e.g. Business, Finance) or a STEM field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
• Top 5% attention to detail - accuracy is your superpower
• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to truth and facts
• Comfortable using Notion, Google Workspace, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
• Fluent English (other European or Middle Eastern languages are a plus)
• You must be based in Europe or the Middle East to align with our meeting hours and team rhythm
