- Uploading and matching financial data from files into 1C (Canada) and other accounting systems (including the Cypriot BTMC system)
- Entering invoices and ensuring timely and accurate posting
- Adding and maintaining new partners/vendors in the accounting system
- Assisting in preparation of financial statements and periodic reports
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of accounting records
- Supporting other accounting functions as needed
- At least 1+ year of experience in accounting or a related financial role
- Good Excel skills (at least intermediate)
- Hands-on experience with 1C (data entry, invoice posting, partners/vendors creation)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of responsibility
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and documentation flow
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or ongoing studies) is a plus
- Experience in fintech or high-transaction environments is a strong plus
- Good command of English and fluent Russian
