We’re looking for a principal people data analyst to build a world-class analytics foundation and partner closely with senior leadership in our Tallinn office. In this role, you'll get a chance to work with our awesome people team on shaping our data future and defining the metrics that drive our AI-native transformation.

Your new adventure:
- Lead the rebuild of Pipedrive’s people analytics foundation using modern tools and automation
- Blend hands-on data work with high-impact strategic partnership
- Partner with C-level leaders to translate workforce data into insights that inform business decisions
- Design the metrics and tracking systems for our company-wide AI-native transformation
- Mentor and guide a team of experienced analysts
- Own the delivery of insights that support workforce planning, organizational health and future growth
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics solutions align with business needs
- Help Pipedrive grow by delivering actionable, data-driven recommendations
- At least seven years of experience in people analytics or a related data leadership role
- Proven ability to design and scale people analytics systems from the ground up
- Strong technical skills with SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau and AWS
- A passion for blending technical execution with business impact
- The capability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives
- Experience mentoring and developing analytics teams
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality
- A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
- Extreme attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Fluency in English
