What you'll build

You own the feature lifecycle: Tech design → Code → Ship → Monitor.

  • Reactive frontend: Realtime, complex dashboards built with React & TypeScript. No lag, total accessibility.
  • Modern backend: High-performance, typed APIs using Django-ninja & Pydantic.
  • Heavy data: Database modeling optimized for high-frequency queries, complex workflows, and AI interfacing.
  • AI-Native core: You aren't just bolting on a chatbot. You are weaving RAG, agents, and orchestration logic directly into the product architecture.


Who we want

We are looking for a Founding Fullstack Engineer with startup DNA. You don't just write code, you ship outcomes and shape the company from Day 1.


You need

  • Python backend: Deep expertise in web backends (Django optional).
  • Frontend craft: High proficiency in React and TypeScript.
  • System design: You master API design, data modeling, and query optimization.
  • Ops aware: You understand monitoring, observability, and production debugging.
  • Architectural depth: Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous data flows.
  • Standard tooling: Git, CI/CD, and accessible UI best practices.


Bonus points

Deeper experience in some of these areas would be highly appreciated:

  • Experience with React Query & Tanstack Router
  • Hands-on with Grafana and Prometheus
  • Exposure to RAG, agent orchestration, or vector search.
