A leading financial services company is looking for an Infrastructure DevOps Manager to drive its move to AWS and modern DevOps ways of working. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape cloud strategy, improve delivery speed, and make sure platforms are stable and secure.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and deliver the DevOps and cloud (AWS) strategy.
• Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, including offshore team members.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and IaC using tools like Terraform, Ansible and Git.
• Oversee the migration from on-prem to AWS and keep systems reliable, secure, and well-governed.
• Handle incidents, vendor performance, and continuous performance tuning.
• Champion continuous improvement, testing, and good engineering practices.

What we’re looking for

• 5–7+ years in IT/cloud infrastructure leadership.
• Strong AWS experience and proven record leading cloud migrations.
• Solid background in networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and large-scale environments.
• Comfortable in regulated, high-governance environments.
• Great communicator who can work with both technical and business teams.
• Energetic, analytical, and able to work on your own initiative while leading others.
