The Role

As a Data Scientist you will work in the GenAI Service Labs with a focus on developing and delivering Generative AI capabilities. In this role you will provide Generative AI models and products.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide external input into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Challenge and provide constructive feedback to senior leaders, to drive innovation and improvement.
• Ensure all commitments are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Act as a servant-leader, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Guide teams on how and when to meet their objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Deep understanding of the application of Generative AI (GenAI) with proven track record of successfully applying GenAI in business contexts.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services.
• Digital : Python hands-on, ML, Deep Learnings, GenAI - LLMs, SQL, Data Engineering.
• Strong presentation and Analytical skills.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Good proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
• Understanding of GIT and other similar tools.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for ML and AI.
• GCP Cloud Knowledge.
• GenAI LLM frameworks like Lang chain / Llama Index.
