We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Project Delivery Lead to take full ownership of our delivery operations, lead our development resources, and act as the bridge between business vision and technical execution.

Your Mission

• Take full ownership of digital solution delivery, ensuring every project stays on vision, on deadline, and on budget.
• Orchestrate the development team and other resources, ensuring high productivity and seamless collaboration.
• Translate complex client business needs into precise technical roadmaps and actionable work tasks.
• Drive quality assurance by overseeing testing protocols and managing the final handover of solutions to clients.
• Lead client onboarding and support, ensuring they fully adopt and value the tools we build.
• Play a strategic role in the creation and development of new products, helping to define our future technical offerings.

Who You Are

• You have a proven track record in Project Management. While experience in IT is huge advantage, your real value is that you don't just follow a process — you know how to optimize it.
• You possess strong analytical thinking and structuredness. You bring order to chaos and can manage complex dependencies.
• You are a proactive, autonomous problem solver who can lead a team through challenges without needing constant supervision.
• Full professional proficiency in both Latvian and English is essential.
• Previous experience with the Microsoft 365 platform (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure or basic programming knowledge is an advantage, but your leadership and organizational skills are the priority.
