AI Integration Engineer (Part-Time or Full-Time)

UAB “IGLUTECH” is looking for an AI Solutions Engeneer who will drive the implementation and adaptation of artificial intelligence tools across the entire company — from management and sales to production, R&D, and customer support.

In this role, you will explore, design, and deploy AI-based systems that enhance productivity, automate processes, and improve decision-making. You will work closely with department leaders and engineers to integrate AI into existing workflows and develop innovative solutions that create real business value.

This position is ideal for a student in the final year of studies or a junior professional passionate about AI technology and practical automation, eager to work in a dynamic, high-tech environment and grow professionally alongside “IGLUTECH”.

Main Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools and platforms suitable for different company departments (management, sales, R&D, production, customer support).
• Adapt and customise AI applications to automate data processing, report generation, and communication workflows.
• Support integration of AI-based tools with internal systems such as Odoo ERP, CRM, JIRA or other platforms in use.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to enhance product development and documentation processes using AI.
• Create or fine-tune AI assistants, chatbots, and internal knowledge management systems.
• Provide training and guidance for team members on effective AI tool usage.
• Monitor AI tool performance, propose improvements, and ensure data security compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Ongoing or completed studies in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar technical field.
• Strong interest and practical knowledge in AI tools, LLMs, and automation systems (e.g., Zendesk AI, Freshdesk AI, Monday service, Tidio, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Make, Zapier, LangChain).
• Basic understanding of API integration, scripting (Python, JavaScript), and workflow automation.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and initiative — ability to find opportunities for automation in everyday business processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Languages:

• Lithuanian – excellent written and verbal communication (required).
• English – good written and verbal communication (required).
• German or Other – an advantage for everyday communication with international customers.
