About the Role

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Vilnius.

In this role, you’ll be directly responsible to the Company’s CFO and will support Desktronic’s day-to-day operations, manage contracts, ensure compliance with e-commerce and consumer protection laws, and help the business make sound, informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, supplier, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with EU, US and Lithuanian e-commerce, consumer, and data protection laws.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to internal teams (product design development, logistics, marketing and operations).
  • Handle consumer complaints, authority requests, and online dispute issues.
  • Handle intellectual property registration and related questions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., DSA, GDPR, consumer rights) and advise on implementation.
  • Support internal compliance documentation and risk management processes.
  • Take care of internal corporate documents of all group companies.
  • Collaborate with external legal partners when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in e-commerce, digital services, or consumer protection.
  • Good understanding of contract law, privacy (GDPR), and EU regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing risk with business priorities.
  • Proactive and curious mindset — someone who likes to make things clear, not complicated.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with intellectual property, content moderation, or cross-border contracts.
  • Familiarity with Digital Services Act (DSA) or online platform compliance.
  • Familiarity with cross-border commercial law and ability to support operations in both EU and US markets.
  • An additional foreign language.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from €5,000 to €6,000 gross, depending on your experience and skills.
  • Hybrid work setup (mix of office and remote).
  • Private health insurance, learning budget, and modern ergonomic workspace.
  • An open, collaborative culture where legal is part of the conversation — not an obstacle to it.
  • A chance to grow with a company expanding across Europe.
