Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the company’s core IT infrastructure in collaboration with external partners to ensure scope, budget, and timelines are met.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for external IT vendors and vice versa.
  • Validate and coordinate cybersecurity-related activities performed by vendors (e.g., awareness programs, access controls, security tools), making sure they align with our basic security and compliance requirements.
  • Assess existing workflows and IT systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
  • Help plan short-term (quarterly) and long-term (1–2 years) IT/process changes at both system and business-unit levels.
  • Propose IT solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve data quality. Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and integrations together with vendors.
  • Configure and fine-tune business systems (CRM, ERP, workflow, and other internal tools), including integrations and APIs, to support standardized, efficient processes.
  • Build or adjust small internal tools and automations (e.g., using Python, SQL, or low-code platforms) when a quick, pragmatic solution is needed – vendors will still handle heavy development

Required Superpowers

  • 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, IT project management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with outsourced/external IT service providers (strong advantage), including coordinating infrastructure and core services delivered through partners.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, workflow tools) and how they connect through integrations, APIs, and shared data structures.
  • Hands-on ability to configure and connect business systems (CRM, ERP, workflow tools), including APIs, webhooks and low-code/no-code configurations.
  • Ability to build small scripts, queries or utilities (e.g., in Python, SQL or similar) to automate tasks, work with data, or prototype solutions — you’re not a full-time developer, but you’re not afraid of code.
  • Experience with modern low-code / no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, Zoho, Make/Integromat or similar).
  • Understanding of databases, data structures and basic ETL concepts (moving and transforming data between systems in a controlled way).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity (access control, MFA, identity management, vendor security requirements) and readiness to challenge or validate proposals from security vendors
