Bioma - probiotic supplements designed to support gut health, energy levels, and focus by replenishing good gut bacteria.
We are looking for a Junior CRO Specialist for Bioma team with a marketing background, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset. You should be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of working with multiple products in a fast-paced environment.

Gross salary range is 1900-2600 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.

- Dive into data analysis to understand user behavior and uncover optimization opportunities
- Execute and manage A/B testing campaigns using the testing platform to improve conversion rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
- Present findings, data-driven insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Bring 1+ years of experience in marketing or related fields
- Demonstrate strong analytical and research skills with a focus on data-driven decisions
- Be comfortable managing multiple initiatives and adapting to fast-paced environments
- Show exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks based on business impact
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar is a bonus
