Mission
- Actively participate in the development of new deliverable features within Scrum teams.
- Propose, design, and implement innovative solutions to improve and enrich our portfolio of software solutions.
- Depending on your experience, support and mentor junior developers in your area of expertise.
- A degree in software engineering, with a significant professional experience.
- Excellent command of Java and its technological ecosystem.
- Practical experience with several of the following technologies: Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript, PL/SQL/SQL/relational databases, JQuery.
- Strong interest in open source technologies.
- Practical experience with Angular would be a significant asset.
- Knowledge of industrialized development tools and practices: GIT, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Maven, Nexus, JUnit, refactoring, continuous integration, Docker deployment, etc.
- Solid experience in designing, developing, and testing high-quality software based on object-oriented programming principles.
- Some web design skills to complement your development expertise.
- A truly agile mindset: collaboration, mutual support, collective progress, mentoring junior staff, intellectual humility, and a constant desire to learn.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
- You are a team player, which is essential to how we operate.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of French is a significant asset.
