We are recruiting a Human Resources Generalist for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities are within the HR family as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
- Supports, monitors and reports upon foundational HR processes, the Annual People Cycle and the onboarding process.
- Ensure all assigned HR tasks are planned and delivered on time, safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Support the administrative management of the onboarding process, ensuring alignment with Hovione’s procedures.
- Monitor and report HR KPIs, providing insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in HR round table meetings and contribute with presentations and analytical input.
- Propose improvements to HR processes and solve operational challenges.
- Support HR projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned.
- Support the development of the HSSC and related activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal policies and procedures.
- Qualifications:
- University, or equivalent, qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or similar scientific field (mandatory)
- Typically requires 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and in Human Resources administrative/legal processes
- Good understanding and knowledge of human resources practices
- Fluency in English is a requirement
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
- Initial integration under a temporary employment contract.
