About The Role

Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a People Partner to support the management and development of our fast growing teams. You'll take our HR strategies to the next level by taking a data-oriented and results-driven approach.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end initiatives focused on shaping and strengthening the company’s performance culture
• Providing pragmatic, commercially focused solutions in relation to talent management and business objectives
• Supporting an environment of succession and growth
• Working closely with teams on strategic aspects of employee satisfaction and development, including succession planning and career paths
• Partnering with the wider HR team
• Developing positive relationships across the business
  
  

What You'll Need

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business, engineering, economics, or related field
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and identify trends and insights
• Confidence using spreadsheets and data tools (Excel/Google Sheets) to support decision-making and reporting
• A proactive mindset with impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An interest in people operations, talent development, and improving employee experience
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Fluency in English

• Internship or graduate experience in HR, operations, consulting, analytics, or a people-focused role
• Exposure to startups, tech companies, or fast-growing environments
• An understanding of the employee lifecycle, performance management, or talent development processes
• Fluency in other languages
