About EthLyte: EthLyte is a blockchain infrastructure provider bridging the gap between Web3 and the real economy. Operating from the heart of Crypto Valley, we are seeking a Head of Crypto Operations to manage our digital asset infrastructure.

Role Summary: This is a role for a true Crypto-Native with institutional discipline. You will own the architecture and security of our digital asset treasury. You will be responsible for managing MPC (Multi-Party Computation) wallets, optimizing gas usage across EVM chains, and ensuring that our liquidity pools are balanced to support real-time user conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custody Architecture: Manage our institutional wallet infrastructure using MPC technology (e.g., Fireblocks, Qredo) and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). Define policies for key generation and signing ceremonies.
• On-Chain Treasury: Execute and monitor complex treasury movements (Rebalancing, Bridging) across Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana. Ensure zero downtime for our hot wallets.
• Liquidity Management: Monitor on-chain liquidity depth on DEXs and CEXs to support our fiat-to-crypto conversion engine. Mitigate slippage and MEV risks during large settlements.
• Node Infrastructure: Oversee relationships with RPC providers (Infura, Alchemy) and manage our own nodes to ensure transaction reliability.
• Smart Contract Interaction: Audit and manage approvals for our operational contracts. Ensure strict adherence to Swiss DLT regulations.

Requirements:

• Blockchain Expertise: 4+ years deep in the crypto space. You understand the difference between EVM and SVM, how mempools work, and the mechanics of EIP-1559 gas pricing.
• Security First: Experience managing significant AUM (Assets Under Management) on-chain. You are paranoid about private key security and phishing vectors.
• Technical Stack: Familiarity with Gnosis Safe, Fireblocks, and block explorers (Etherscan/Solscan) is mandatory.
• Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of the Swiss DLT Act and FINMA requirements for digital asset custodians.
• Work Authorization: Must be a Swiss National / EU Citizen or hold a valid Swiss Work Permit.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: CHF 150,000 – CHF 180,000 per year (Gross).
• Performance Bonus (Fiat or Token-based).
• Participation in the company's success.
