Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will engage in building, testing, and improving backend web development solutions and software systems. Responsibilities include programming, applying object-oriented principles to solve complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and align them with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including experience with server-side programming languages and frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a proactive approach to adapting software to changing business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in using data-driven engineering insights for process improvement is a plus.
