We’re Hiring: eCommerce Web Administrator

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Are you passionate about eCommerce, website content, and creating seamless online experiences?

We’re looking for an eCommerce Website Administrator to join our team and support the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of our eCommerce platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and update website content (landing pages, banners, categories, product visibility, filters, navigation).
• Ensure brand consistency across all countries in the cluster.
• Coordinate with local teams to implement localized content and validate translations.
• Support the design, execution, and monitoring of campaigns, escalating issues where needed.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain website accuracy, functionality, and SEO (metadata, URL structure, redirects, internal linking, content audits).
• Participate in testing new website features.
• Share best practices and cluster-level insights to drive improvements across markets.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in eCommerce, UX/UI, or content management.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and CMS tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular).
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork mindset, and adaptability.
