Role Description

This is a full-time Product Manager position based on-site in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. As a Product Manager, you will oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing user requirements, working closely with development teams, managing product roadmaps, and defining success metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management, defining product requirements, and creating roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools for data analysis and product performance assessment
• Collaboration and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, or other product management frameworks
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and engineering metrics frameworks, such as DORA Metrics or SPACE Framework, is a strong advantage
