Senior UI/UX Designer (Ref:fnNZ4)

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading AI solutions provider. We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join this organization.

Main objectives

Design and deliver exceptional digital experiences by creating intuitive, scalable, and visually cohesive interfaces across products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and visually cohesive interfaces across products.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, elegant, and accessible user experiences.
• Create and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Conduct UI reviews, provide feedback, and guide design best practices across teams.
• Participate in user testing and integrate feedback into visual design improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Portfolio showcasing both UI design and interaction design.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) and familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Experience building and managing design systems.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Experience in motion design, micro interactions, or front-end implementation (nice to have).
• Background in brand or creative direction (nice to have).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
