Experienced Project Manager to Deloitte’s internal IT organization

We are now looking for an experienced IT- project manager to join our internal IT organization. In this role, you will lead diverse IT projects within Sweden and the Nordics, guiding from initiation to successful delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable impact, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will lead complex projects in a Nordic environment and act as a strategic advisor on leadership and decision-making matters. Your work will drive change, support strategic objectives, and deliver tangible results for our internal IT organization.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-10 years of experience in managing IT projects within complex organizations.
• Excellent skills in planning, coordination and risk management
• Experience managing change initiatives and system implementations
• Experience working independently and driving projects forward with high maturity
• Show leadership and facilitation skills, turning strategies into concrete actions
• Used to collaborating across borders and managing different cultures and working styles in the Nordic region
• English on a professional level, Swedish is a bonus
• Work permit in Sweden is required
