WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Regional Performance Media Lead, you are responsible for;
Digital Media Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with global performance managers and channel experts to adapt global strategies to regional priorities.
- Lead regional agency teams to deliver on customer, brand, and media goals.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Digital, Merchandising, and Controlling teams.
- Develop performance media plans aligned with business objectives, audience insights, and effective channels.
- Communicate campaign goals, strategies, and results clearly; share knowledge with regional/local teams.
Digital Media Optimization
- Drive growth, retention, and sales across SEM, Social, Affiliate, and Display for all regional markets.
- Optimize performance investments for profitable sales and acquisition goals.
- Conduct audits to ensure best-practice optimization by agency teams.
Media Budget & Follow-Up
- Manage regional performance budget, revenue, and traffic forecasts in collaboration with regional CAM and local e-com teams.
- Provide data-driven input on media spend and ROI; track investments and results.
- Partner with regional and global teams to set ROI goals for performance channels.
Data & Analysis
- Identify growth opportunities linked to performance investments with activation teams.
- Use customer insights to inform media strategies and acquisition tactics.
- Analyze KPIs (CTR, conversion, ROAS) to refine plans and optimize campaigns.
- Leverage tools (RBA, MMM, Google Analytics, ad platforms) for trend analysis and data-driven decisions.
Who You’ll Work With
As the Regional Performance Media Lead, you collaborate closely with the Strategy & Planning Manager to develop and implement the media strategy. You serve as the regional liaison with the global media agency and work in partnership with the regional CAM and local Marketing & Communications team to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.
Who You Are

- Extensive knowledge in several performance channels operations and algorithms (SEM, Social, Affiliate, Display)
- Strategic experience of digital channels and their role in customer acquisition & retention
- Operative performance channels experience and knowledge of ad platforms tools and systems
- Good understanding of SEO
- Broad digital marketing knowledge and a strategic thinker that understand the total view for growing brands and engaging customers

Additional information
This is a full-time role based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be part of the Customer activation & Marketing team and report to the Strategy & Planning Manager. Applications close Friday December 12th.
