You will help us transition from traditional processes to AI-native operations, creating tools and workflows that support every part of the business. This is not a “prompt engineering” role it’s about designing and delivering end-to-end intelligent systems.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience building AI-based or automation-focused internal tools or systems,
• Understanding of LLM behavior, agent architectures, workflow design, memory concepts, and API fundamentals,
• Proven ability to create AI solutions that provide tangible value to teams or business processes,
• Experience designing agent-driven or reasoning-based workflows,
• Familiarity with modern no-code / low-code and AI workflow tools — such as automation platforms, webhook-driven integrations, prompt-chaining logic, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks (experience with platforms like n8n/Make/Zapier, orchestration libraries, custom GPT setups, or similar systems is welcome.),
• An iterative mindset — testing, experimenting, and improving systems continuously,
• Ability to quickly understand operational, product, and data flows and turn them into structured systems,
• Comfort with reading technical documentation, debugging workflows, and problem-solving technical issues,
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal guidance,
• A builder’s mindset: analytical, curious, solution-oriented, and eager to create useful tools,
• Creativity and enthusiasm for transforming business needs into autonomous, intelligent systems,

What You Are Responsible For:

• Analyzing company-wide operational processes and identifying bottlenecks,
• Turning manual, repetitive, or time-consuming tasks into AI-powered workflows,
• Designing automated decision points, reporting logic, and data-flow systems
• Developing user-friendly internal tools that reduce workload and increase efficiency
• Owning the full lifecycle of each system — from idea, to prototype, to live deployment
• Continuously testing, improving, and optimizing workflows as AI technologies evolve
• Creating integrations between different tools, data sources, or internal systems when needed
• Taking ownership of designing, delivering, and refining solutions with minimal supervision
