Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for Data Scientist - NLP/Generative AI:

• Remote from Poland

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge in Python
• Background in quantitative fields (CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering)
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in ML, data science, or a similar role, with demonstrated ownership of deployed ML systems.
• Strong grasp of core ML techniques: regression, classification, clustering, regularization, ensemble methods, neural networks, etc.
• Solid experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) from traditional methods (TF-IDF, topic modeling) to transformer-based architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5).
• Solid Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques, LLM as a judge
• Understanding of MLOps principles, including reproducibility, model monitoring, A/B testing, and automation.
• Familiarity with Azure AI search or other vector-based storage solutions.
