The Work You'll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems to support business operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

More Specifically, You Will

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices are adhered to.
• Automate and optimize system processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
  
  

What We Need From You:.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in system engineering, administration, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, vSAN, ESXi, and vCenter etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in Infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with networking protocols, storage solutions, and cybersecurity principles.
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools , backup solutions, patching,
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
