We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Manager, Strategy & Business Development to drive the company’s growth agenda across existing and target markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and innovations in target industries.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to uncover positioning opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities to expand our portfolio, especially within emerging and high-growth markets.
• Develop and implement growth strategies and business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build strategic relationships, gather market intelligence, and generate high-potential leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or growth roles, ideally in the technology or digital sectors.
• A track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, preferably with exposure to international markets.
• Strong understanding of digital, technology, and innovation trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and design actionable strategies.
