OBSS is looking for a Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build advanced models, generate insights, and design scalable solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to a large-scale Power BI modernization project aimed at improving data models, performance, and reporting architecture.
• Design, develop, and optimize backend components of Power BI solutions, including complex DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Build, enhance, and maintain Tabular Models to ensure scalability, accuracy, and high performance.
• Re-design existing datasets and reporting layers to align with modern BI best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure consistent data structures and reporting alignment.
• Conduct performance tuning, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and reliable reporting.
• Support the development of new dashboards and ensure that backend logic aligns with business requirements.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Power BI, with a focus on backend development rather than visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, including writing optimized and complex calculations.
• Hands-on experience with Tabular Model design and semantic model structuring.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience working with relational data sources.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling best practices, and dataset optimization.
• Experience working on modernization or re-architecture projects is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable data models.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
