OBSS is looking for a Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build advanced models, generate insights, and design scalable solutions that drive real business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of regulatory and legal reporting solutions in the banking domain.
• Architect and optimize Power BI data models, datasets, and reporting structures for high-performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate directly with business and compliance stakeholders to shape reporting requirements and translate them into robust BI solutions.
• Oversee data validation processes, ensure quality and consistency across reporting environments, and drive improvements.
• Lead the automation and modernization of existing reporting workflows, introducing scalable best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical and domain-specific topics.
• Conduct advanced SQL-based data extractions, transformations, and dataset preparation for regulatory reporting.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• 7–10+ years of experience in BI development or data analytics roles, ideally within the banking domain.
• Strong exposure to regulatory or legal reporting, with solid understanding of banking compliance terminology and processes.
• Advanced Power BI skills: complex DAX, advanced data modeling, optimization, semantic layer structuring.
• Deep understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proven experience improving reporting performance, standardizing reporting frameworks, and leading automation efforts.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with great attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and guide project decisions.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
