Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Etisalat Fixed Service products within residential communities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and capable of conducting outdoor sales activities, approaching potential customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Ø Conduct outdoor sales of Etisalat Fixed Service products (Home Internet, Smart Services).
Ø Approach and engage with residents in residential buildings, compounds, and communities to promote products.
Ø Create internal leads, referrals, and personal networks to generate new business opportunities.
Ø Provide accurate product information and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Ø Ensure proper documentation, form submission, and adherence to Etisalat sales guidelines.
Ø Maintain daily activity reports, including visits, leads, customer interactions, and closures.
Ø Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through consistent field activity.
Ø Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand image.
Ø Collaborate with the backend team to ensure timely activation and customer follow-up.
Ø Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and update meetings as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Confidence in approaching and speaking to customers face-to-face.
Ø Basic understanding of telecom products.
Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Ø Good presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ø Self-motivated, disciplined, and result oriented.
Other Requirements
Ø Willingness to work in outdoor environments and conduct door-to-door sales.
Ø Flexibility to work as per field schedules.
Ø Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 (Fixed) based on relevant experience + Incentives up to AED 3000/-
Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or more
· Required: Fluent English
· Preferred: Hindi / Urdu / Malayalam / Arabic
