Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in mobile app development, CRM systems, and web development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining our digital ecosystem across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and technology excellence. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Software & Application Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Build and optimize web-based platforms and corporate websites.
• Design, customize, and integrate CRM systems, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Implement API integrations with internal systems, portals, and third-party services.

System Architecture & Integration

• Develop scalable architecture for end-to-end digital solutions.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between CRM, websites, and apps.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and tech-stack evolution.

Technical Support & Optimization

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
• Conduct performance tuning, security upgrades, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support business needs.

Project Management & Documentation

• Manage full development lifecycle — planning, coding, testing, deployment, & maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and process workflows.
• Work with third-party vendors and ensure project delivery quality.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Laravel, Django or equivalent).
• Strong experience with iOS / Android app development (React Native / Flutter / native development).
• Hands-on CRM development/integration experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or custom CRM).
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, SQL/MySQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in UI/UX principles, responsive design & QA testing.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant development experience.
• Experience working in real estate CRM portals, booking systems, property listing platforms, or customer portals is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end digital solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge of real estate ERP / property CRM systems.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead flow systems.
• Past involvement in digital transformation projects.
