Senior Software Engineer – Real-Time Hydrodynamics & Simulation

Join a leading maritime simulation team and work on the real-time physics models that power world-class ship simulators. You’ll take ownership of core hydrodynamics logic and collaborate closely with experts in naval architecture, modelling, and simulation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain real-time simulation code in C++/C#
• Support hydrodynamics specialists and improve modelling workflows
• Build and enhance tooling for efficient ship-model creation and calibration
• Explore ML/CFD approaches to boost accuracy and automation
• Ensure high-fidelity ship behaviour under real-time constraints

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in C++ and/or C#
• Strong knowledge of hydrodynamics, hydrostatics, or propulsion modelling
• Understanding of real-time simulation requirements
• Experience supporting technical/engineering teams and improving tools

Bonus Skills

• ML/CFD exposure
• Background in simulation domains
• Knowledge of numerical modelling or control systems
• Academic grounding in naval architecture or fluid mechanics
