📌 Hiring: Office Administrator & Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Coordinator (Arabic speaker) to support daily operations and ensure smooth office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration, documents, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
  • Liaise with vendors and maintain office facilities
  • Assist with compliance, audits, and departmental support

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration (preferred)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and admin tools
