Responsibilities

- Maintain employee records by updating databases and filing systems accurately.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and presentations.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and provide assistance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on various HR metrics.
- Organize and maintain the HR office environment to ensure a professional atmosphere.
- Collaborate with HR team members to implement company policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting employee benefits orientations and updating benefits information.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and track attendance and performance.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events planning and execution.
- Participate in HR meetings and take detailed notes for documentation purposes.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and assist in HR audits and investigations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience working in an HR role or administrative position is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
