Business Development Manager – White Label Crypto Exchange Solutions


We’re looking for a deal-closer with a massive network in crypto and fintech, someone who knows the industry inside out and is confident they can land real results within the first month.

If you thrive on connections, know how to turn a handshake into a signed deal, and want to earn based on your impact — not your hours — this is your stage.


Key Requirements

  • Crypto-native closer: You’ve sold tech or platforms in the crypto space — especially to exchange founders, prop trading firms, or fintech startups.
  • Extensive Network: You bring access to C-level decision-makers, crypto founders and FinTech builders. Specifically to the ones who are building or scaling a crypto exchange, want to migrate, or are exploring new infrastructure.
  • First-month impact: You’re confident you can close your first deal within 30 days. You're used to fast cycles, fast growth, and fast rewards.
  • Sales-first mindset: You know how to qualify leads, manage a pipeline, and craft proposals that convert. You don’t just follow up — you follow through.
  • Knowledgeable in product: You understand the basics of matching engines, APIs, wallets, KYC, and other exchange infrastructure. You don’t need to code — but you speak the tech fluently.
  • Location: Based in Dubai or ready to relocate. You’re on the ground where the deals happen.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Pitch our white-label crypto exchange solution to leads in your network and beyond.
  • Guide prospects from first intro to signed contract — with full backend support from our teams.
  • Represent and travel with us to top-tier crypto events, conferences, and VC circles.
  • Identify new verticals (e.g., regional exchanges, Web3 startups, trading communities) that could benefit from our solution.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine positioning and generate high-quality inbound leads.
