Head of Growth & Partnerships | Web3 / Blockchain

Edison Smart is proud to partner with a company in the Web3 space that is seeking a Business Development professional to expand its network of strategic partners, collaborators and ecosystem participants. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in the Web3, crypto and blockchain space. The ideal candidate has experience launching projects or products, spotting strategic investment or partnership opportunities and closing high-impact deals in the digital asset ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships, investments, and market opportunities in Web3, crypto, DeFi, and blockchain projects.
• Lead initiatives to launch new products or projects within the digital asset space, from concept to execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VCs, family offices, angel investors and other strategic partners in Dubai and the wider MENA region.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on market trends, regulatory developments, and growth opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and investor forums to strengthen network and visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in Web3, crypto or blockchain with hands-on experience launching projects or products.
• Demonstrated ability to close strategic deals and secure partnerships or investments.
• Established network of contacts across investors, VCs, and family offices in Dubai and MENA.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently, manage high-level relationships, and deliver measurable impact.
