The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices within one or more cross-functional teams, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of transparency and continuous delivery. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Designers to deliver high-quality products in alignment with business goals.

- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and scaling practices (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is a plus.
- Serve as a servant-leader for the Scrum team(s), guiding them in Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Track and communicate team progress using metrics like velocity, burndown, and cumulative flow.
- Identify and help remove impediments that block team progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback loops.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency of Agile practices across the organization.
