Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join a major Transformation and Implementation Program within the Equity Derivatives front-to-back chain. The role requires strong expertise in Capital Markets, with mandatory hands-on knowledge of Equity Derivatives products. You will be responsible for front-to-back studies, target architecture definition, migration strategy, testing leadership, and end-to-end functional analysis across the lifecycle of Equity Derivatives processing.

Key Highlights

• Work on a major Front-to-Back Transformation & Implementation Program in Equity Derivatives
• Mandatory: Hands-on CIB experience with Equity Derivatives (TRS, Structured Derivatives)
• Drive front-to-back studies, define target architecture, and document business requirements
• Lead Migration Study and Testing Strategy for the end-to-end program
• Deep functional exposure across trade processing, booking systems, settlements, accounting, risk & P&L, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting
• Run testing governance, including periodic reporting, defect tracking, and coordination
• Collaborate closely with FO/MO/BO/Finance/Tech teams in a global banking environment

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives in the Equity Derivatives chain
• Perform gap analysis, define future-state design, and ensure cohesive study governance
• Lead migration planning and testing delivery across multiple streams
• Produce BRDs and other detailed functional documentation
• Support program governance and stakeholder alignment

What We’re Looking For

• Must have worked in a similar capacity for at least 6 plus years with strong emphasis on Business Analyst / Project Manager experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets
• Must have: Equity Derivatives knowledge (TRS, Structured Derivatives)
• Solid understanding of Front-to-Back-to-Finance trade lifecycle
• Experience in testing governance, migration planning, and target architecture discussions
• Excellent communication + stakeholder collaboration skills
• Mandarin speaking is must for this role.
