Business Analyst (Fintech)

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various online applications. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills and possess good communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management
• Develop project plan and monitor progress
• Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
• Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems
• Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Develop a high-performance working culture. Establish and monitor team members KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency in the teams
• Understand which issue to escalate to the appropriate resolver group.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior/ company representative from time to time

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/FinTech industry
• Strong in communication & interpersonal skills
