Responsibilities

  • In this role, the individual will display subject matter expertise on project management disciplines covering both Agile and SDLC approaches. He/ She will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of Loan Life Cycle Management domain with the goal to radically transform the end-to-end journey.
  • Drive regional and strategic projects through collaboration and building a shared purpose and ownership of project goals both within the team and with key stakeholders.
  • Experienced Project Manager with ability to effectively communicate and an ability to deliver complex change programs.
  • Drive end results through quality delivery and within the Bank’s change management established guidelines and procedures, with the goal to provide great customer experience and process efficiency.
  • Establishing solid working relationships with project sponsors and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
  • Clearly define and communicate project objectives, cost benefit and success metrics.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans with the goal to pre-empt, mitigate and plan around issues that may surface during the project.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
  • Strong people leadership experience and a proven track record in leading high performing teams.
  • Expert relationship management skills: ability to communicate well with diverse stakeholder groups through internal consultation & facilitation.
  • Work closely with Architecture, infrastructure and engineering teams through analysis an constructive feedback on proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment to project goals.
  • Coordinate budget, costing and resource planning activities.
  • Enjoy working with people from different functional expertise on the ground.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 7 - 10 years track-record with proven hands-on experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role
  • Ability to manage in-house development or vendor teams to work in high-pressure environment and meet tight timelines
  • Functional or project management experience in implementing platforms or process improvement initiatives in the Loan Life Cycle domain across multiple geo and entities.
  • Strong customer focus: skilled ability to interpret and analyse customer requirements; influence design solutions in-line with Corporate and IT strategy; utilise established internal and external networks to promote innovative solutions for customers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills and written communication skills able to speak with stakeholders of different levels.
  • Experience in designing, analysing and implementing scalable microservices architecture is an added advantage.
  • College degree in Engineering, Computing or a closely related field
  • PMP or Agile scrum certification is an added advantage.
